Insurance Information
Dr. Farber and Dr. Pearson are participating Medicare providers and accept Medicare assignment on office services and surgical procedures. Medicare patients are responsible for their deductible and 20% Medicare does not cover if a supplemental policy is not in place. Our office files charges to Medicare and, if applicable, supplemental insurance companies.
Dr. Farber and Dr. Pearson are affiliated with Primrose Healthcare Services. They are preferred providers for several health care plans including CHCS, UHC, BCBS and Cigna to name a few.
We file all insurance claims electronically. Patients with insurance coverage are responsible for the amount remaining toward their deductible, co-insurance, or co-pay. This amount will be collected at the time of service.
