Barry S. Farber, MD, FACS
 Dr. Farber is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has been in practice in Springfield since 1978. Dr. Farber received his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis. His urological residency was completed at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Farber has served on multiple medical committees, is a member of the American Urologic Association, and is a past President of the Southwest Missouri Chapter of American College of Surgeons.
